Choose an All Day Wedding Package if you would like one consistent DJ and music service from the ceremony through to the end of the reception. These packages are ideal when you need ceremony audio, cocktail music, reception entrances, dinner music, formalities, first dance and evening entertainment managed as one seamless experience.

Choose a Dancefloor Wedding Package if your venue, celebrant or another supplier is already managing the earlier parts of the day and you need a professional DJ from the first dance through to the final song.

Each package level adds optional wedding enhancements such as photo booth hire, uplighting, Dancing in the Clouds, bubbles and LOVE marquee letters. If you are uncertain which package fits your plans, send me your venue and timeline and I will recommend the most practical option.

Every wedding has its own rhythm. I can provide music and audio support for guest arrival, the ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding-party entrance, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, parent dances and the evening celebration.

By managing the music across these moments, I can keep the day feeling connected rather than like a collection of separate playlists. The volume, tempo and atmosphere are adjusted as the event moves from ceremony to socialising, formalities and dancing.

Clear ceremony audio is essential, especially outdoors or in larger venues. All Day Wedding Packages can include a separate ceremony sound system, music playback and reliable wireless microphones so your celebrant, vows and readings can be heard clearly.

Before the wedding, we confirm the ceremony location, access, power, music cues and microphone requirements. If a singer, musician or additional audio source is involved, please let me know early so the appropriate connections and equipment can be planned.

Your wedding soundtrack should reflect you as a couple. Before the day, we discuss your favourite music, must-play songs, do-not-play selections, key moments and the overall atmosphere you want to create.

You can choose your ceremony music, wedding-party entrance, first dance, parent dances and final song. You can also provide broader genre preferences and favourite artists without having to build every minute of the playlist yourself.

On the night, I use your preferences as the foundation while reading the room and adjusting the music to the guests who are actually on the dancefloor.

Guest requests are welcome when they suit your preferences and the atmosphere of the wedding. Requests are not automatically played; I consider whether a track is appropriate, whether it fits your agreed music brief and whether it will work for the wider room.

You may also choose to limit requests, nominate specific people whose requests should be prioritised, or ask me not to take requests at all.

A smooth wedding relies on suppliers communicating well. I can coordinate with your venue, celebrant, MC, photographer and other key suppliers regarding access, ceremony cues, entrances, speeches, first dance and the transition into evening entertainment.

I arrive with enough time to unload, set up and test the equipment before it is required. Venue access, loading conditions, sound restrictions, power and pack-down requirements are confirmed in advance wherever possible.

Groove DJs uses professional sound, lighting and wireless microphone equipment that is checked and prepared before every wedding. Equipment placement, cable routing, power and sound coverage are considered as part of the setup.

Appropriate backup options are carried for essential parts of the system, helping reduce the risk that a single technical fault interrupts your celebration.
